Larger postcard preview images and embedded Google Streetview

From now on, all posts will feature a larger postcard preview image and the Google Streetview will be embedded into this page. You can click the 'View Larger Map' link to see it bigger. I recommend you open it in a new tab if doing this. As before, clicking on the postcard will bring up a much larger version. I shall gradually work my way through the old posts and use embedded Streetview on all of them. I am also gradually converting the older postcard images from 150dpi to bigger 200dpi images. Any comments or suggestions welcome.
